After a very bad after sale experience here in Brazil, I need to write to Apple costumer service in the US, but i can't find any e-mail address on the website.
Can you inform their e-mail address?

I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience. If I were you, I would talk to a manager at the store in Brazil and explain to them what happened and hopefully they can address it.
The only thing I can do is refer you to the contact page on Apple's website. This is a user form and Apple doesn't read these forms.

Thank you so much for having taken the time to answer me. Unfortunately, i have already tried to talk to Apple Brazil with no result at all. This is why i'm trying to reach the headquarters in the US. Thanks to you, i have found the Media helpline in the US. I'll try to call them tomorrow, hoping a human being, and not a machine, will answer me so that i can describe the case.
