I want my home sceens arranged how I use them. I want to be able to re-organize quickly and efficiently. I've tried to download the old version of iTunes and now the .itl file is broken. Great. Thanks.

You have to do it directly on your iPhone.
Tip: If you need to move more that one apps, create a folder and move the folder to where you want and then take it out of the folder if you prefer after moving.
This is a painful process. Please make this easier. Geepers. I'm not a 20 something with hours in my day to sort these things. The Gesture thing does not bring me back to MY home screen, just a screen. This crap sucks. Send me back my iPhone 7
