How to Recover Deleted Telegram Chats?

Hi guys, I recently discovered that one of my Telegram chats have been deleted. I did not know how long ago was this chat deleted and hope to be able to recover it as it has an important chat from someone important to me. I have tried goggling around to find a solution.

I came across someone sharing that I have to restore a phone back-up that still contained the Telegram chat. How do I go about doing it?

Please share with me how I can possibly recover the deleted chat!

Assuming you have a backup that contains the message you must restore your entire phone from the backup, which will replace everything on the phone with the contents of the backup. See-->Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Less drastic, if you just want to see the messages, is to get one of the many iPhone backup extractor programs for your computer.
