Hello, guys. Have some problem: all time when I can paying programs or games in appstore, constantly asks for a password instead of a touchID. So, who knows how to fix this problem? Excuse me fo my bad english - I’m from Ukraine.

When you go to settings>Touch ID & Passcode, do you have Apple Pay/Wallet turned on for Touch ID?

Sign out of your Apple ID and back in.
yes, but it didn't help. but it helped to completely reset and erase all data
Have you tried going to settings>general>reset>and reset all settings?
Yes, of course. All positions in this menu enabled.
