A1534 OS upgrade

I have an A1534 laptop, 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD

It has the original OS X Yosemite OS on it which is behind the curve. Is it possible to update the machine to this years OS?

Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and download Catalina.
