iTunes gift card
I bought a gift card, when I pulled off the strip over the code, parts of the code came off as well. Is there any way to still use the card?

Yes. Contact the seller and request a new card.
If it purchased off of a Web site (i.e. eBay), view the Terms & Conditions and see what can be done.
If this were me, I’d go about getting this at a retail store for a better chance of assuredness to get a new card.
