Why does the Chapters APP Game Keep Crashing on iPad Air?

I have an iPad Air 32GB. It has the most current iOS. I have updated that. I have deleted content from my iPAD and even deleted and reinstalled the Chapters App game. Every time I open Chapters with a fresh load of the iPad or with the App itself, it closes when I try to do anything. It is really very annoying. I had spend a lot in diamonds on this game and to get where I was but had to delete it due to the constant crashing. I could not play it at all. What is going on? Is there anyone I can contact? I cannot enter the APP to even send them a question. Highly irritated with this. I can't have it on my cell phone because it becomes too large for my phone to handle. It will not even download on my external drive on my phone.

Yes somehow magically the developer reach out to me saying they believe they have a bug. I tried installing it on my cell phone which is an Android and it works pretty okay. It doesn't crash or anything when it starts but sometimes it gets a little Frozen but yeah it's annoying because I had to delete it and I lost all the stories that I spent diamonds on and I wish that they would give me some free diamonds but the customer service sucks for that game so I probably won't get that if you sign in with your ID from another device it'll remember you because it did that to me and when I tried signing into Facebook it took I was stories I had and it put it back in there so plus whatever diamonds I had so that's the good thing is it has that cloud sign in it'll remember you. Best rated Android device and style it and see if you can sign in with your Google account or with your Facebook account and it will remember you

Thank you. I have done all these steps. I am not able to contact the game developer because you have to go through the APP to do it. Unless there is a way I can contact them outside it, such as on my browser. I did all these steps and I cannot always even open the App. Go to open it, seems as it is loading in the main screen then shuts down. Also it will load like I can go to read a chapter, then I click Play and it closes. Very annoying. Thanks but not sure how to contact them if I cannot even get the App to stay open.

Did you receive any feedback from the vendor? We have an ipad 32g also and since the last update, we have similar problem. The game launches, then when clicking on continue story, it crashes. Like you, we tried steps 1-4.

We do not want to uninstall since we have over 1000 diamonds. We are unable to sign in using an online account but we cannot find any where to do so.
