how to set default PDF app

How do I set it so Preview automatically opens PDF documents from attachments, and not Adobe?

Mac mini, macOS 10.15

Same as any other file format.

Find one in the Finder

Get Info

Choose the desired app from the Open With popup menu.

Click Change All.
