Touchscreen latency on brand new Ipad Pro 3rd Gen 12.9 in

I just received a new ipad after getting fed up with my "less than a year old" 2nd gen Ipad pro due to touch screen latency that I had in both my former IPAD 12.9 Pro's. I purchased this new ipad to specifically get apple care so that if I have the same issues I would be covered. I have had my new Ipad less than 4 hours and am having the EXACT same touch screen issue!!! WTF! Literally from the moment I touched it I noticed the same lag. THIS IS A $1500 IPAD! It replaced my other $1500 IPAD. 3 IPADS in 2 years!!! Fix this!
