Touch Bar was disconnected during Catalina install. How do I get it to turn on. It is all dark

I recently installed Catalina on 11/26/19. The Touch Bar above the keyboard is dark all of the time. It doesn’t react

this Is on a MacBook Pro

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.13
