Keychain login cannot be found

Hi

I have this error on my Mac. I have seen some previous discussions that we need to go to Keychain Access and reset the Keychain, however I have the error message: "The specified keychain could not be found". I then saw some post advising to delete folder ~/Library however I am unable to locate that folder using Finder app. Could you pls help ?

Hello lionel194 and welcome to Apple Support Communities.

I see you're having an issue with the login keychain on your Mac.

If your Mac keeps asking for the login keychain password - Apple Support

Please note that the folder you're referencing is the user library folder and if you were to find a way to delete it, you would lose all content associated with your user account.
