Refund for Pokecoins

Here is my chat from apple support: I just got charged 100 pounds for literally not receiving my ingame content. The only solution is provided: contact app developer (which is Niantic) and I already got in touch with them several times. They cannot confirm purchase as they didn't received a bill from Apple.

Both companies solution is to contact the other company. So this cannot be that i get charged 100 pound as a student without getting a proper customer support neither from Nianitc nor from Apple.

Furthermore, they even don't offer to interact directly with each other to solve this solution.

I imagine the real problem is that my account was registered (and my email) with a German ITunes webpage. After i came to GB i changed the country within my iTunes which did reset quite a bit and I had to reinstall some apps as they didn't function anymore. So from ITunes/Nianitc side the developer doesn't seem to think about that.

Here is part of the chat: apple answer is normal, mine is itallic. I added the chat as an additional file as it is appparently to long.

P.S.: Thanks for reading this long post. So people, please, what is your recommendation now?

Important: This is a User-to-User forum. No body here would know anything of this. So take this up with Apple and the Developer.

Try This:

Contact Apple Support Once More, but this time, request a refund indirectly...

Go Here: Apple ID Support - Apple Support

  1. Log: in
  2. Scroll: down
  3. Click: Get Support link
  4. Select: iTunes Store & App Store
  5. Select: Request a refund
  6. Proceed from there as necessary.

I met the same problem. I tried to require a refund directly but Apple refused my request. I contact Apple support and they said because some privacy policy they cannot tell me why I cannot get the refund. On the other hand, Niantic would not admit they received money from me. Even though I provided bank record, purchase history, and invoice from apple. I give up to ask my money back, and the best solution fo me is “stop paying anything to Niantic”.
