First try a Safe Mode restart per Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support and if that does not work try resetting the NVRAM per PRAM and NVRAM Reset.

If neither work, then your next step is taking it to your local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be professionally diagnosed and repaired.
