Voice Control Glitch !?!?

Hello, whenever I launch Voice Control, for some reason it looks off...

You can see what I mean by looking at the picture down below.

Please help me with this since its really bugging me

why does it say “unable to turn on voice control”? why does it show be “unable to turn on voice control” when i try to turn it on?
