AirPods Pro tap function not working

Tap function not working. Brand new straight out of the box. I have hard reset and disconnected from Bluetooth and reconnected. Still does not work.

Suggestions?

Hello,

The "tap" functions do not apply to the AirPods Pro. Instead you press on the stem. See this:

Adjust the settings of your AirPods - Apple Support
