iPhone 11 Pro Max Won’t cut back on

my iPhone was at 43% charge but FT was not working, so I proceeded to cut phone off, when I tried to cut my phone back on, it will not cut back on it’s stuck on the black screen with Apple logo. It has been 24 hrs and still has not come back on.

I have tried to VOL UP AND VOL DOWN PLUS HOME BUTTON RESET.....IT HAS NOT WORK
