Problem with playing videos online
Hello, I would like to ask why I am not able to play movies and series online in my browser. When I want to start a video, it doesn't respond. On other devices, it works.

It is likely the website uses Flash for the videos. If they play on on a computer but not your iPad, that's the most likely issue.
What other devices have you tried?

About the only other thing you can do at this point is to restore iPad to factory settings.

No model of iPad has ever supported Adobe Flash. Adobe has announced that Flash will be discontinued on every computing platform in 2020. No computer will be able to support Flash in the very near future. If this website is important to you then you will need to reach out to their support to let them know that they need to optimize their site for HTML 5 over Flash if they would still like it to be used in 2020.
No change meaning what? Only web browsers freezing up, or everything in iPad? Probraly time to have your iPad checked out at Apple Store, or Authorized Apple Service Provider. Could be hardware issues the cause.

Nothing like that.
I tried it on my computer and on a mobile phone. I also tried download the Flash to iPad but it requires IOS 10 and I have an old piece that doesn't get this iOS.
Is there an alternative?
I asked my friend to try it on her iPhone and iPad and it works. Is not it weird?
I never received any message. It's like the screen is frozen.

When you completed the restore, did you set your iPad back up as a new device or from a backup?
