My Apple card got overcharged
they charged me twice for the same amount, I've being contacting the card support specialists since 10/31/2019, now about a month passed but my issue still unsolved, what could I do?
The specialists are not helpful at all, all they do is "okay I know your concern -> please wait -> please wait -> oh I think the overcharge has no problem -> we'll investigate further -> please wait -> please wait"
Now I've been in this cycle for about a month but the over charged amount still not be disputed. Any ideas how to proceed?
