Apple ID temporarily suspended

Mrning, received this by text this Mrning: Your AppleID has been temporarily suspended, please confirm your details at https://app-signinmyaccount.com/nz/ to prevent permanent service interruption.

I did sign in as thinking genuine till I got to CreditCard details. Any advice on what I should do now?
