Apple ID

Recently someone has made a purchase on AppStore using my Apple ID and I have changed the password and clicked the link on the email to cancel the order but to cancel I need to put in my credit card information. I never put it on my phone for purchasing anything in the first place, so Is there any other way to cancel the order?

You can try contacting iTunes Support to see if they will cancel it without a card. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.
