QuickPath on Full Screen iPad Keyboard

Can we please get QuickPath on the full screen iPad keyboard? It only works for the small floating keyboard, which can be difficult to use with some interfaces (like Messages).

QuickPath missing from my Settings iOS 13.1.3, I do not have any QuickPath setting in the Settings>Keyboard menu. I still have the same settings from iOS 12. How is this possible?
