Apple-Id Password entry for/on Apple Watch

My watch request I enter my Apple-Id Password. I was NOT provided any way that worked. I was told to "CONTINUE" on my iPhone 8. Once back on iPhone I was not given a way to "ENTER" my Apple-Id Password to comply with my watch's request. HELP?!

Try this;

on the iPhone: settings>tap profile name on the top,at the bottom of the screen tap "sign out" and then "sign in" again.This should pass the message to your watch that you signed in.
