I think I may have accidently changed or deleted my icloud account. I can no longer upload my pictures from my phone to my email account.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I understand you're running into an issue with iCloud photos. I definitely know how important it is to have your photos available in iCloud, and I'm happy to help.
To start, are you getting any errors or alerts when it comes to iCloud? If so, let us know what it says.
Also, in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud > Photos, do you iCloud Photos enabled there? If not, you can enable that option from there to start using iCloud photos again. I also recommend attempting to log in to iCloud from a computer to see if you're able to successfully login and access your content there.
