i bought a apple watch series 4 from a person on face book, i have the screen shoots but i later found out that the iwatch is icloud locked, if you recognize this e-mail that contact me.

I would report it to the police if you believe you have been a victim of a fraud.

Without the Passcode from the person that sold you the Watch you will nit be able to use it.
