my ipad ios is 9.3.5 and can not update. when I click update. the screen show'your software is up to date'

Don't have cellular but wifi will not allow updates on Ipad mini 2 I have an Ipad mini 2 that I use in home so no cellular but I do have wifi. It will not allow me to update the software. Is there a way to update it other than on the unit itself?? Thank you!

Ipad Air wont show newest software update My fathers Ipad air wont update to the newest IOS 14 or later, it claims to be fully updated at IOS 12.5.6, A1474 on the iPad Air Wi-Fi. Any ideas??
