Stole iPhone 7 used to login iCloud account

Someone who has stolen my daughter's iPhone managed to log-in my iCloud. I removed the device from my iCloud account. I have the mobile number. It is in Ukraine. I have the serial number of the device and IMEI. What can I do, pls?

you change the Apple ID password. all the other stuff you mentioned doesn't matter as primary.
