Dispute subscriptions

How can I dispute a $14.00 charge for a subscription that I’ve canceled and don’t use anymore but they’ve still charged me Apple billing still charged me ? I’ve been trying to get this disputed and I’ve already removed my credit card but I feel like I was tricked to adding my new credit card, when all I was doing was downloading a new app and now I’m charged for something I don’t even subscribe too
