Apple Music family plan

I have just upgraded my Apple Music to a family plan. The option to ‘set up family sharing’ has now appeard within my settings however when I click on it - it lets me click on ‘get started’, then ‘Apple music’. However when I then click on ‘invite via messages’, nothing happens. See photo for screenshot of the page I get upto.

Set up Family Sharing - https://support.apple.com/HT201088

Try setting it up outside of this feature.

Thanks. I’ve been following this but unfortunately I don’t have another device to set up in.... therefore I only seem to be able to set it up using the method I mentioned in my post above....
