how to remove camera lens protective metal ring?

i bought a camera lens protective metal ring and pasted it on the lens. However, now i tried taking it off and its stuck. What should i do?

iPhone 13 Pro Camera Hey I noticed that when using the Telephoto lens on the IPhone 13 Pro a dark, grey, circle appears on the bottom of the frame. Shouldn't have glued anything to the phone.

Learn to live with it now that you glued it on.
