I have an old iPad Air (2014) and a brand new one (Air 3, 2019). The new one runs iPadOS, the old one runs regular iOS. For some reason, the face filters work perfectly during video calls on my old iPad, but do not show up as an option on my new one. I already tried the uninstalling and reinstalling dance.
Is this maybe an iPadOS bug?
Other ideas?

Thanks for the idea. I did go ahead and post the same question in FB's help forms - but like I said, I know for a fact that they're supported in the latest iOS, since both my old iPad and my iPhone are running the latest iOS and the video filters work fine over there. Just don't work on the newest iPad Air 3 running iPadOS.

You may wish to ask Facebook that question, to see if their software supports the filters in the latest iOS. That is not an Apple product.
