Please explain more clearly what you did and what happened. Sounds like you may have put your MacBook into Lost Mode using Find My iPhone. If that is the case, see this for getting back into the MacBook. Use Lost Mode in Find My iPhone on iCloud.com - Apple Support It is near the bottom of the page.

It took it off of Find My IPhone and now it has a black screen with a white circle with line through it
