Unlock my iPhone 11 so I can use a different carrier sim
If i take my new iphone 11 to an apple store will they unlock it so i can use a different carrier sim for it?

No. Apple do not unlock iPhone.
Only the carrier that locked iPhone can officially unlock and if you qualify, not Apple or anyone on the Internet.
