Thank you for visiting the Apple Support Communities. I understand that you are trying to see what your friends are listening to on Apple Music, but cannot find the option. I'm happy to help!
According to the steps in See what friends are listening to in Apple Music - Apple Support, you should be able to access this on an iOS device by going to the Music app > For You, and scrolling down to the "Friends Are Listening To". If you don't see this option, you may not be following any friends yet, and instead may see "Follow More Friends".
If you're still not able to see the option to follow and see what friends are listening to, it's possible the option was closed from the For You page. If so, you should be able to access it via your profile. Head to the Music app > For You, then tap on your profile icon in the upper right corner. Select to view your profile page on the next screen, and scroll down until you see the "Follow More Friends" or "Friends Are Listening To" section.
