Charged twice for monthly iCloud upgrade - have been paying for years
It's only $1.49 AUD but I've been charged twice this month, on the same day. It's been running like clockwork, without issue, for several years. I won't cry if I don't get a refund, but I'd like to know who to contact in this instance in case it happens again.
I went to the support page but there wasn't a topic that covered this.
