My iMessage and FaceTime is not working

Hello good morning have been having issue with the activation of my iMessage and face time, have reset my phone, have tried all the tricks and waited more than 24hrs it’s still not working what could be wrong my phone is a new phone my phone number is not working with the iMessage and FaceTime what could be the issue have been experiencing this since my previous phone now again my new phone same issue
