I need a receipt from apple store of the last time I was there.

I need a receipt from apple, about a week ago I went in for a screen repair and out of nowhere my phone has another problem, the SIM card is not being detected and I have been to sprint store and they tried a new SIM card and it made no difference so my phone is broken after getting it fixed.
