$25 gone

I've paid $24.99 to Zeptolab for a limited time offer and didn't get anything. The Zeptolab Support Team tells me that the money hasn't arrived at their servers while my $25 are gone. Apple isn'tmaking a refund bcs the purchase doesn't meet the refund conditions.

What can I do now to get my money back?

Try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on ‘Get Support’)
