Apple Watch can’t install apps

With new iPhone upgrades some apps won’t install on Apple Watch. Any suggestions?

iPhone 7, iOS 13

Thanks but I emailed the developer and the app has been updated.

It's possible that the apps haven't been updated for your version of IOS/WATCHOS.
