iPhone was stepped on and keeps pressing numbers now it’s locked can I unlock it any other way?

Can’t unlock my phone keeps disabling itself due to smashed screen. Can I unlock it any other way? I have iPad what can I do?

No, you can't. The screen will have to be replaced by your Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
