Update not working
My iPhone states that the update is downloaded but nothing has changed on my phone and I have restarted it twice as well as downloaded it a second time. Any advice?

On what iphone model? what iOS version are you trying to update to?
If you already tried all the steps provided in thie support guide:--> Get help with over-the-air iOS updates – Apple Support
and if the issue still persists, update your device via iTunes on a computer.
