Can't remember security question, password, and email address no longer

I cant remember my daughters ipad password, security questions and recovery email no longer in service. I am wanting to do a factory reset.

 if you are the original owner, take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.
