I cant remember my daughters ipad password, security questions and recovery email no longer in service. I am wanting to do a factory reset.

if you are the original owner, take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.

Hi there,
Unfortunately, if the iPad is Activation Locked and you don't have the receipt, the iPad is worthless.
This is an ipad from about 5 years ago. We no longer have receipts.
