where is find music on apple music?

You can use the Search in the sidebar of the Music app. Also see: Add and download music from Apple Music or the iTunes Store - Apple Support

Move your cursor to the right of the word Library in the sidebar, tap Edit, then put a tick against iTunes Store and click Done. You should now be able to access the iTunes Store.
