Hi, I forgot my screen time password and would need to reset with itunes. Unforunately I don't have a macbook or windows computer. Is there anyotherway to access itunes?

No, you need to do that through a computer. See if a friend or family member can help you. Or, get help at an Apple Store.
You can borrow from a friend. But a computer is needed for iTunes access.
Also remember, you cannot just reset the password. You have to restore the iPhone to factory and set it up as new. You will not be able to use a backup, as the passcode is stored in the backup and would come right back to the phone. You start all over again without using any of your backup.
