Earlier today, I paired a PS4 Dualshock controller with my MacBook Pro to play an Apple Arcade game. All was well. Hours later, I attempted to reconnect the device with my laptop but the connection repeatedly failed.

Reboot the MacBook and try again. If that hasn't helped forget the device and re-pair it.

Thank you tt2, but still no success after rebooting (twice), turning off and back on Bluetooth. No option to remove the device.
