Proof of what purchase?
What do I do when the serial number and imei number on my device DO NOT match with what is on the original box it came in?

KiltedTim this particular phone store wouldn't even rectify things 1 day after purchase when I discovered there was a BOGO promotion that they didn't give to me and on day 3 when I was told my software was corrupt they wouldn't fix that either.. So a year and a day later when I discover that the imei number on my purchase receipt and box don't match the device, I can for sure guess what their response would be!!
