Don’t have a Mac computer, only an iPad Pro. Is there a way to view a picture’s info, such as size, dimension, resolution, date taken, location, etc. in Photos app?

Yes, you will need a 3rd party application. This application is what I use. Within Photos you can tap the action button (square button with upward facing arrow) then tap on MetaGear. It will display all of the photo's metadata within the Photos application.
