Turn off purchase sharing
How do I keep family share on but turn off purchase share? I’m not organizer. I want to input my own payment method when buying apps.

You can't.
Purchase sharing requires a single method of payment held by the organizer.
Other family members in family sharing can keep a positive balance of iTunes Gift Cards on their account that will be charged before the organizer's method of payment.
