If you're referring to the original iPad 2, no; it's incapable of running 10 or above.

These older iPads are simply too old, too underpowered and NOT compatible with newer versions of iOS.

While the original post mentions iPad 2, the system information line refers to a second generation iPad Pro, so it's not clear which one this thread is about, and just 'No' is premature.
