What is this unrecognized charge on Apple Card for $0.43?

I have a charge on my Apple Card for $0.43 from October 27, 2019. I went to reportaproblem.apple.com and it does not appear in my list of purchases. I used the messaging button inside the Wallet App and they saw that it was a charged for "Apple Services" so they transferred me to an "Apple Advisor". That person couldn't see what the $0.43 charge was for so they suggested I go to get support.apple.com. From that website I sent an email to Apple Support. They suggested I set up a phone call so that Apple Support can verify my identity over the phone. The person on the phone was not able to tell what the $0.43 was for either.

I got an answer. I had $0.56 in store credit and when Apple ran its monthly bill for iCloud storage for $0.99 it took $0.56 from store credit and put the remainder ($0.43) on my credit card.
