Is my IPhone carrie locked

I bought a IPhone 6s Plus from Metro PCs and it shut off a couple months later and wouldn’t start back up so I mail it to Apple to be fixed but they couldn’t find out the problem so they sent me a replacement so I need to know if it’s carrier locked and what I need to do to get it carrier unlocked?
